Dave Sharp - MMM2009The Malborough Music Monster Mash was born when of our dear friend Dave Sharp was diagnosed with cancer in 2008.

The first Monster Mash was held to raise money for Dave's family and cancer charities. Before Dave sadly lost his battle against cancer in June 2009 he expressed his wishes for us to continue the Monster Mash and to put the money back into the community to help children develop their musical talent. Since then we have formed Dave Sharp Young Musicians Fund ( UK registered charity number 1140803 )

The fund will be holding workshops for young people using the money raised from The Mash. We will also continue to support cancer charities.
